I got in JYP at a Monthly Audition in Japan, so this is not my personal experience.

This is just the information I am aware of.

As a trainee, I would recommend that singing/rapping clips be only around 30–45 seconds.

Yes, it’s a very short amount of time, but it’s reasonable..
